“The staff service was excellent, but the room was bad and extremely noisy at night; I barely slept a wink.”

“Hands down the staff was very pleasant and nice, good location, plenty of parking. The room was clean but for an extended stay hotel, the amenities were lacking. It would’ve been nice to have some ice cube trays in the refrigerator, Kleenex in the bathroom, only had 2 bed pillows (1 thin and 1 thick), it felt like the floor had been cleaned with furniture polish (feet felt slick on the floor, big eewww) no blow dryer, no coffee maker (not even in the lobby), the sink plug in the bathroom was……

“Spa? Lol, there were three cop cars out front when I arrived. There was a guy smoking a joint outside my room. Other than that it was ok.”

“Our stay at this hotel was by far one of the lowest I have ever rated. We waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was still other peoples hair on the walls as well as the towels that also had particles of God knows what and also hair stuck on the towels which was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping only came by once to take one of the towels, not even bothered to replace anything or add a new roll of toilet paper which was very unprofessional……

“I stayed at Hampton Inn for two nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and overall well maintained. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the rooms have a lock on the washroom door, which can be inconvenient for families and affects privacy.”
